Return Policy, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions
RETURN POLICY
ALL returns of a puppy or puppies must be done within 14 days from date purchased and picked up and ONLY if the buyer complies with the terms and conditions of the seller. I accept a puppy or puppies being returned for the following reasons. However, the buyer is NOT entitled to a refund of their money as it will be used to find the returned puppy or puppies a new home.
For health reasons, but ONLY if shown physical, written proof of health concerns or issues from a certified veterinarian.
If your living arrangements change and where you live will not let you keep pets, and you cannot therefore keep the puppy. I would rather take it back than for the puppy or puppies to end up in unfavorable conditions.
You or the person you purchased the puppy for has died or been injured in a way that you or that person cannot take care of themselves and therefore unable to take care of the puppy or puppies.
REFUND POLICY
ALL deposits are NONREFUNDABLE after 72 hours of a deposit being placed on the puppy. If you wish to return the puppy or puppies for any of the reasons I have listed above, you will NOT get a refund of either the puppy deposit and/or the full payment due upon pick up after you decide to return the puppy and/or puppies. The reasons being, I will need that money to take care of the puppy or puppies and have the puppy or puppies checked out by my veterinarian and be able to feed it or them until another buyer can be contacted and/or found. All puppies are sold as pets. All sales are final and we reserve the right not to sell a puppy or puppies to anyone if we do not wish to, regardless of the reason or reasons for refusing.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
By signing the deposit and sale contract, the buyer agrees to acknowledge and adhere to the sellers following terms and conditions of sale, as well as refund and return policy of the puppy, puppies or purchase of the Welcome Home Gift pack. No refunds for deposit or full price are available after 72 hours from date of deposit. Buyer agrees to have a health examination by a certified veterinarian within 48 hours (2 business days) from time of purchase. Proof of this exam is required in order to keep this guaranty in force. The puppy can be returned within 14 days of purchase and pick up for the reasons listed on the sellers website (which may be subject to change), but any money paid (deposit and/or amount due) to purchase the puppy is NONREFUNDABLE and will be used instead to take care of the returned puppy to ensure its health and happiness until a new buyer can be found and/or contacted. The buyer MUST bring a carrier and blanket for the puppy to keep it from catching a chill, as well as to protect it or them from the public until all vaccinations can be given. All puppies are sold as pets. All sales are final and as is. We have the right to refuse service and/or sale to whomever we choose, regardless of the reason or reasons.
